We built ufo777 with one clear goal: to deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting experience tailored specifically for Malaysian users. From live casino to progressive jackpots, everything is designed with local players in mind.
Who We Are
Ufo777 is more than just a name — it is the result of years of hard work by a team that truly understands what Malaysian players want and need from an online betting platform. We started this journey in 2018 with one simple vision: build a platform we would genuinely want to use as players ourselves.
At the time, most online betting platforms available in the market were built for a global audience and not designed with Malaysian players in mind. English-only interfaces, complicated deposit methods involving international credit cards, slow customer support and games that did not resonate with local tastes — these were the common frustrations we heard from the Malaysian player community back then.
We decided to take a completely different approach. ufo777 was built from the ground up with a singular focus on the Malaysian player experience — from language options and payment methods to game types and the way we communicate with our members. The result is a platform trusted today by more than 500,000 players from across Malaysia, from Perlis to Sabah.
To deliver a safe, fair and exciting online betting experience to all Malaysian players — regardless of location, device or experience level. We believe every player deserves transparent treatment, timely payouts and a responsible gaming environment.
To be Malaysia's number one online betting platform — the most trusted, the most comprehensive in game selection and the most user-friendly — a single destination where Malaysian players can enjoy every form of betting entertainment right from their own phone.
Core Values
Six core values we live by every day at ufo777 — not just slogans, but real practices you will feel every time you use our platform.
The ufo777 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Every member's personal and financial data is stored securely and is never shared with any third party without consent. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels.
Ufo777 operates under a valid licence and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. This gives players the assurance that our platform conducts its operations transparently, accountably and in line with international industry standards for consumer protection.
All transactions at ufo777 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) using methods familiar to every Malaysian — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost and ShopeePay. Deposits are processed instantly and winnings withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
With over 1,000 games spanning live casino, progressive jackpots, Sports Betting, e-sports, virtual sports and live matches — ufo777 is the one-stop destination for all your betting entertainment needs. Every game comes from world-class international providers that have been independently audited.
Our support team — fluent in Malay — is ready to assist you every hour of every day without interruption. Whether it is a technical issue, a question about a promotion or help with a financial matter, we are always available via live chat and local Malaysian communication platforms.
Ufo777 provides a full suite of tools to help players stay in control — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and a temporary self-exclusion option. We believe healthy entertainment is entertainment that stays within limits set by the player themselves. Our members' wellbeing is our top priority.

Trust is not built overnight — it is built over years through consistent actions, promises kept and real experiences that every member can feel. That is the simple formula behind ufo777's success in Malaysia. Since the platform launched in 2018, we have never failed to pay out legitimate winnings to our members — no exceptions, no excuses and no unreasonable delays.
One of the things new ufo777 members most often mention is how "intuitive" our platform feels compared to others. This is no accident — every element of the interface, from the language used to the way information is presented, was designed with the Malaysian user specifically in mind. We use natural, easy-to-understand Malay rather than awkward machine translations. All the payment methods we offer are ones Malaysians already use in their daily lives — Touch 'n Go eWallet that is already on almost everyone's phone, GrabPay used every day, DuitNow for instant transfers and FPX for internet banking users such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
At ufo777, transparency is not just a talking point. All slots and virtual sports games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. For live casino, every round is broadcast live using real physical cards and real dice — you can watch every dealer action for yourself, with no reverse engineering involved. We operate on a simple principle: if the games are not fair, players will leave. We do not want our players to leave — so we make sure every game is genuinely fair.
Ufo777 is run by a professional team of experienced individuals spanning the fintech, software development, and gaming industries. Diverse in background but united in purpose, our team shares one thing in common — a passion for exceptional user experience and an unwavering commitment to member satisfaction. Our customer support team, available 24/7, is trained not just to resolve technical issues, but to understand and respond to each member's unique needs with empathy and professionalism.
Ufo777 believes every player deserves to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment — not have it become a source of problems in their life. That is why we invest seriously in responsible gaming tools and programmes. Within your ufo777 account, you can set daily or weekly deposit limits, session loss limits, daily play time limits and the option to take a self-imposed break from the platform for a period of your choosing. We also train our support team to recognise early signs of problem gambling and to respond in a way that is helpful and non-judgmental. For more information, please visit the Responsible Gaming us.
